Why it matters

Most blogs don't die from a lack of ideas. They die because someone has to pick the next topic, write it, check it and post it, every week, and that's the first job a busy person drops.

Autopilot does that whole job for the topics you approved: outline, writing, checks, images and a free slot on your calendar. It runs on our server, so it keeps going after you close the browser.

Nothing goes out that wasn't booked, weak articles wait for you as drafts, and every step is logged. You get a steady blog without losing control of it.

Autopilot and publishing

How it works

  1. 01

    Set your pace once

Choose how many articles go out per day, week or month and when they may be published. From then on, Autopilot works to that rhythm.

    You do

    Set how often you publish

  2. 02

    Approve the topics and outlines

Autopilot studies your site, market and competitors and proposes topics: a big guide with smaller articles around it. Keep, replace or edit them, check the outlines and confirm what gets written.

    You do

    Approve what gets written

  3. 03

Autopilot writes and books every article

One by one, it writes each article, runs the quality checks and books it in the next free slot. Anything scoring below 60 stays a draft for you, and you can pause at any time.

    RankFlow does

    Writes, checks and books

  4. 04

    Your calendar stays full

Switch on always-on mode and Autopilot checks every hour whether the next one to four weeks have empty slots, then fills them from your approved topics. It tells you when they run out.

    You do

Choose how far ahead to fill

  5. 05

Published on time, checked the day before

RankFlow publishes each booked article at its time, with images, author and SEO fields. Each morning it checks tomorrow's posts and emails you anything that needs a look, and failed publishes are retried.

  • One Autopilot run: every article written and booked for its date.
  • A clear record of what happened to every article in a run.
  • Your publishing calendar, and how full each week is at a glance.

What you get

A calendar that fills itself

See what goes live and when, by month or week, with holidays and events in your market and how the next four weeks match your plan.

Articles live on your site

Each one published on time, with images, categories, author and SEO fields filled in.

A log of every run

Who started it, how it ended and what happened to each article: booked, kept as a draft or failed, with the reason.

A heads-up when you're needed

In-app, email and push notices when articles go live or fail, a note when Autopilot stops, and a to-do with the fix for each problem.

Works on its own. You stay in charge.

Runs on its own

  • Autopilot

Writes the approved articles of a run one by one, checks them and books each. It starts when you start it, and pauses or stops when you say.

  • Always-on Autopilot

Checks every hour for empty slots on your calendar and fills them from approved topics. One switch turns it on or off.

  • Finished articles booked

Books every finished article in your next free slot; low scorers stay drafts. No AI involved, and you can switch it off.

  • Booked articles published

Publishes each booked article on time and retries if a post fails. An article taken off the calendar doesn't go out.

  • Tomorrow's posts checked

Every morning checks the links, images, title, meta description and length of tomorrow's posts and emails you what needs a look.

Always your decision

  • Which topics get written

Autopilot never approves topics for you. It writes only what you accepted.

  • When a run starts

A run starts only when you start it and writes only the articles you picked. Booked or live articles are never rewritten.

  • Your publishing plan

You set the pace, time windows and target site. Autopilot never books a past date, and you can move or remove any booking.

  • Drafts that need a look

Articles below the quality bar, and everything when booking is off or no site is connected, wait for you as drafts.

What you need

  • A connected website

WordPress, a Custom REST API, a GoHighLevel blog or a site built with RankFlow's website builder. Without one, articles stay drafts and always-on Autopilot pauses.

  • Approved topics

A guided run can propose them for you; always-on Autopilot uses topics you've already approved.

  • A publishing plan

Your time zone, how often you publish and, if you like, time windows. Bookings follow them.

  • Advanced writing mode

Autopilot works with topics, so it's part of Advanced mode. Scheduling and publishing from the calendar work in both modes.

Plans and allowances

In every plan

AI work counts toward your plan's monthly limits. You always see how much is left, and you can request more whenever you need it.

Only articles it booked, and it books only when auto-scheduling is on and a site is connected. Nothing you or Autopilot didn't book ever goes out, and you can move or remove any booking.

Anything scoring below 60 on the quality checks stays a draft instead of being booked. Edit it, rewrite it or book it yourself.

The run stops if two of the last three articles fail, and writing that fails on our side isn't counted. A failed publish is retried five times, then shows up with the reason and a way to fix it.

No. Autopilot runs on our server and keeps going when you close the page. If the server restarts, it picks up where it stopped.

One to four weeks, your choice, counting the current week. It checks every hour, writes only approved topics and stops when they run out.

Yes. Schedule an article from the editor, spread a batch evenly across your calendar or drag articles to new dates. RankFlow publishes them on time the same way.
