Integrations

Works with the site and tools you already use

No migration, no new platform. Connect what you have, and RankFlow publishes, measures and syncs from there. Here is what each connection gets you and what it needs.

See how it works

Publishing

Your articles land on your own site, wherever it runs.

WordPress

Install our free plugin, approve the connection in your WordPress admin, and articles start arriving complete: images, categories, author and SEO fields. Every request between RankFlow and your site is signed. Basic publishing also works with an Application Password, but the extras below need the plugin.

You need
  • WordPress 5.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer
  • HTTPS on the site
  • An administrator account to install the plugin and approve the connection
What you get
  • Publishes posts and custom post types, with fields mapped to meta or ACF fields
  • Syncs authors as WordPress users with schema.org Person data
  • Serves the redirects you manage in RankFlow
  • Styles the table of contents and FAQ, with 14 presets for each
  • Adds the RankFlow Canvas page template for landing pages

RankFlow REST API

Not on WordPress? Your developer adds a few documented routes to your system and RankFlow publishes there, with content and SEO fields, updating the same post on every republish. Ready-made examples in JavaScript, TypeScript and PHP make it quick to build.

You need
  • An HTTPS endpoint that implements the /cw/v1 routes
  • Authentication by bearer token, API key, Basic auth or OAuth2 client credentials
What you get
  • Creates and updates articles by their RankFlow id
  • Sends redirects to your redirects route
  • Lists your existing articles for the SEO brief

FTP hosting

Sites from our website builder and your landing pages go straight to your own hosting. Only changed files are uploaded, nothing on the server is ever deleted, and RankFlow refuses to upload into a WordPress folder, so your existing site is safe.

You need
  • FTP or FTPS access to the hosting (SFTP is not supported)
  • Hosting that runs PHP
What you get
  • Builds the pages and uploads the changed files
  • Places a form handler next to pages that contain forms
  • Adds published articles to the site's blog

GoHighLevel blog

Running your site on GoHighLevel? Publish articles straight to its blog. Remove one and its post simply goes back to draft.

You need
  • A connected GoHighLevel sub-account
What you get
  • Publishes articles to the GoHighLevel blog

SEO plugins and stores

Everything around the article on WordPress, filled in and kept in sync for you.

Yoast SEO · Rank Math · SEOPress · All in One SEO

Keep the SEO plugin you know. RankFlow detects it and fills in the SEO title, meta description and focus keyword on every publish, exactly as if you'd typed them yourself.

You need
  • The RankFlow WP Connector, which registers the plugin's fields
What you get
  • Detects the SEO plugin automatically
  • Writes the SEO title, meta description and focus keyword
Woo

WooCommerce

Your catalog syncs to RankFlow and stays current, so articles plan around what you sell, recommend real products, and Chat AI answers product questions. Sold-out products in published articles never go unnoticed.

You need
  • WooCommerce and the RankFlow WP Connector on the site
What you get
  • Keeps a copy of the catalog in sync
  • Places matching products in articles
  • Flags deleted, unpublished or sold-out products in published articles
  • With Product Images: sets product thumbnails and galleries from the studio, and shows 360° views on product pages (plugin 1.8.0 or newer)

Chat AI widget

Put Chat AI on any website with one line of code, or let the WordPress plugin add it for you, on every page or just where you want it. It only answers on your own domain.

You need
  • Chat AI set up for the site in RankFlow
What you get
  • Answers visitors from the site's knowledge base
  • Saves contact details when capture is on

Google

Real search numbers, faster indexing and a business profile that brings calls.

Google Search Console

Connect with a Google sign-in, or through your own Google Cloud app if you prefer. From then on every article shows what it earns in Google, you see whether it's indexed, and you can ask Google to index new pages, always within Google's daily limits.

You need
  • A Google account with access to the site in Search Console
  • Owner access to the Search Console property for indexing requests
What you get
  • Clicks, impressions and position per article, updated daily
  • Index status for every article
  • Easy wins and articles to refresh, found for you

Google Business Profile

Run every location's profile from RankFlow: information, photos, reviews and replies, posts and performance. A fresh profile with answered reviews is what people see first on Google and Maps.

You need
  • A Google account with access to the business profile
What you get
  • Edits profile information and photos
  • Drafts or publishes review replies according to your rules per star rating
  • Turns articles into Business Profile posts

CRM and email

Every lead and form submission ends up where your team works.

GoHighLevel

Work with your GoHighLevel conversations, contacts, pipelines, calendar and workflows without leaving RankFlow, and finally see which article brought in each new lead.

You need
  • A GoHighLevel sub-account
What you get
  • Shows the inbox, contacts and pipeline boards
  • Enrols contacts in workflows
  • Attributes new leads to the article they came from

Brevo

Send landing-page form submissions through your own Brevo account, so every lead email arrives reliably. Your API key is stored encrypted.

You need
  • A Brevo account and API key
What you get
  • Sends landing-page form submissions as transactional email

71 writing languages

Not an integration, but often the first question: RankFlow writes natively in 71 languages, on every plan. Each site gets articles in its own language.
