Research and planning

Stop guessing what to write

Every article starts from real demand: what people search for, what ranks today and where your competitors are ahead of you.

Keyword research

Type one keyword and get the searches around it, with real Google data wherever your market has it: how many people search, how hard it is to rank and what they click. Grouped into a plan, ready to write.

Writing

Articles that read like an expert wrote them

Before a single sentence is written, RankFlow gathers what a good writer would: your business, the pages that already rank, the questions people ask. Then it checks the result before you ever see it.

What it studies first
  1. 1

    Your business

What you sell, who you sell to and how you talk. Change anything and it stays exactly as you wrote it.

  2. 2

    The author

Your author's name and expertise shape the text, so it reads like it came from someone who knows the field.

  3. 3

    The pages that rank

The top pages for the keyword, boiled down to what they cover, what they miss and the facts worth citing.

  4. 4

    Keywords, links and products

The keywords to target, your published articles to link to and the products worth recommending.

What it checks after
  1. 5

    Links and sources

No links to pages of yours that don't exist, and every borrowed fact links to its source.

  2. 6

    Style check

Clichés, repetition, stuffed keywords and endless sentences get caught and rewritten.

  3. 7

    Quality score

Eleven checks score every article, from length and structure to keywords, questions answered and images.

Nothing goes live until it's good

Every draft passes the checks Google cares about before it reaches your site, and you or your client get the final word.

  1. 1Each draft is compared with the pages ranking for its keyword, and the missing terms and sections are written in.
  2. 2The quality score updates on every save, so you see exactly what an edit changed.
  3. 325 checks before publishing catch the small stuff: missing meta, empty headings, broken links.
  4. 4Clients read and comment through a private preview link, PIN-protected if you like.

The SEO details everyone forgets, done for you

Small things that help you rank, added while the article is written or when it goes live.

best trail shoes for…
Trail shoes guide

Every guide links to its smaller articles and back, and with automatic linking on, each new article is woven into your live ones. Google sees a site that hangs together, and no link ever points to a page that isn't there.

Control

RankFlow does the work. You keep the final say.

RankFlow takes over the repetitive part of SEO. What gets published, where and when is always your call, unless you hand a set of topics to Autopilot.

RankFlow handles
  • Studies your site and the top pages before every plan and article
  • Writes the articles, FAQs, meta descriptions and image descriptions
  • Links only to pages that are actually live
  • Publishes on time and retries on its own if your site doesn't respond
  • Redirects the old address when an article's address changes
  • Warns you when an article starts slipping in Google
You decide
  • Which topics and articles make the plan
  • Which outlines get written
  • When each article goes live, and on which site
  • Whether images, automatic checks and linking run on each site
  • What each team member can see and whether they can use AI

Or let Autopilot run it

Set the direction once with Autopilot: brief, topics, articles, outlines. Then it writes article after article on our servers, even with your browser closed, and can book each one on your calendar. Anything that scores under 60 on quality waits for you instead of going live.

Index status

Data

Numbers you can trust

No made-up metrics. Every number shows where it came from, so you always know what is measured and what is estimated.

Measured

Straight from the source.

  • Clicks, impressions, position and indexing from your Search Console
  • Search volume, difficulty and cost per click from Google data, where your market has it
  • Site Health results from scanning your live site

Calculated

  • The quality score, from eleven checks on the article
  • Term coverage, compared with the pages that rank
  • Opportunity scores and page importance, which is not a traffic guess

Estimated

Produced by AI, and labelled that way.

  • Keyword numbers from AI research where Google data isn't available, marked “est.”
  • The overall analysis score and its suggestions for structure

  • Clients approve drafts through a link, no account needed

FAQ

Questions before you start

What RankFlow does, what it connects to, where its numbers come from and how billing works.

RankFlow is an SEO content team in one app. It finds what your customers search for, plans and writes articles built to rank, publishes them to your site on schedule and shows you what each one brings in from Google.

Before writing, it reads the pages that rank for the keyword and pulls out facts together with their sources, and every borrowed fact links to where it came from. A check flags any figure without a source, and you see each draft before it is scheduled, unless you hand the topics to Autopilot.

Only if you want it to. An article goes live when it has a date and a connected site, and you set the dates or let Autopilot book them. Even then, anything that scores under 60 on quality stays a draft for you.

That depends on your plan. Each plan sets how many sites you run and how many articles, and AI articles, you publish a month. The current numbers are always on the Pricing page.

WordPress through our plugin, with Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress and All in One SEO filled in for you, plus WordPress.com, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Ghost, Framer, Duda, BigCommerce and Snapps. A Next.js or Lovable site gets a blog that fills itself, and any other system connects through the RankFlow API, as do sites from our website builder and GoHighLevel blogs.

For WordPress we recommend it. It connects once you approve it in your WordPress admin and adds SEO plugin fields, redirects, author profiles, FAQ and table of contents styles, the chat widget and WooCommerce product sync. Basic publishing works without it, but without those extras.

From Google data, through DataForSEO, wherever your market has it: real search volume, difficulty and cost per click. Where it doesn't, AI research fills in and every such number is marked “est.”. Clicks and positions always come from your own Search Console.

Yes. Site Health runs about 115 checks on your live site, from security and speed to SEO and accessibility, and crawls up to 2,000 pages for broken links. An issue stays open until a new scan confirms the fix, and redirects are created for you when an article's address changes.

71 languages, written directly and never translated, and every plan gets all of them. English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian also have their own style rules.

Yes. Each article gets a featured image and pictures for its sections: photos, illustrations or diagrams that match the text, optimized for the web and with alt text. How many per article depends on your plan.

Research, planning and writing run on Anthropic's Claude models, and the website chat, images and some of the linking use OpenAI models. We pick the model for each job, so you never deal with API keys or prompts.

No, but you'll want it. It shows clicks and positions per article, finds articles that need a refresh and easy wins in your own data, and lets you ask Google to index new pages. You connect it with a Google sign-in or your own Google Cloud app, and the Pricing page shows which plans include it.

Yes. Invite teammates as Manager, Editor or Viewer and choose what each person can see and whether they can use AI. Invited teammates get a free account within your plan, and clients review and comment through preview links without one.

It's built for that. Every client site keeps its own connection, language and schedule, and one overview shows publishing, issues, client comments and team activity across all of them.

Yes. If your team writes in-house and only needs planning, the calendar, publishing, Site Health and reporting, email us at hello@rankflow.works and we'll arrange it for you individually.

Request a quote with your web address. We reply by email and set up your account, then you connect your site and start publishing. Plans are billed by monthly invoice.

Ready to be found on Google?

Send us your web address and tell us what you publish. We'll reply by email and set you up on the plan that fits. Then you connect your site and the articles start coming.
