Your readiness at a glance
How many of your published articles pass each of the five checks. On large blogs, the newest 500 are checked.
RankFlow checks every published article for what makes a page easy to quote: a clear structure, a short answer up front, an FAQ and a named author. Then it checks whether AI bots may read your site at all.
Illustrative screen with sample data
More and more people ask ChatGPT or Perplexity, or read Google's AI answer, instead of clicking a result. An assistant can only use a page it may read, that answers clearly, and whose author it can identify.
Nobody can promise an assistant will quote you. What you control is how easy your pages are to read, trust and quote, and that's what RankFlow checks on every article, in code, without spending AI.
For the whole site, it shows whether your robots.txt shuts out the bots AI assistants use, and drafts an llms.txt, a short guide to your site written for AI, from your own pages.
Every article RankFlow writes gets clear headings, a table of contents and an FAQ marked up so Google can show it, signed by the expert you assign, with their title and qualifications.

A clear structure, a direct answer in an opening of 70 words or fewer, an FAQ, a named author with credentials and author markup Google can read. You see at a glance how many articles pass each.
Checks in code, no AI cost
RankFlow picks out up to 20 articles that need the most work, with the fix next to every failed check: add contents, shorten the intro, add an FAQ, complete the author.
Apply the fixes you agree with
On WordPress with the RankFlow plugin, the author markup is printed for you once the author is linked to a WordPress user, and RankFlow websites print it too. Where RankFlow can't add it, the check says so.
Your latest Site Health scan shows which AI bots your robots.txt lets in. RankFlow then reads your key pages and drafts an llms.txt for you to upload.

Up to 20 articles with the most gaps, each with exactly what to fix.
Every article carries the same checklist while you edit, with a fix next to each failed check.
Which AI bots your site lets in or blocks, and what each is for: training models, answering searches, or both.
A file to download or copy, with a note on every page it read and what became of it.
The checks only report. You apply each fix yourself, in the editor.
Your robots.txt stays yours. RankFlow shows what blocking a bot could keep you out of, and what to change if you want back in.
RankFlow drafts the file; you or your developer upload it, and the next scan confirms it.
The article checks run on articles published from RankFlow. Nothing else to connect.
An active author with a job title or qualifications. On WordPress, also the RankFlow plugin and the author linked to a WordPress user.
The bot and llms.txt checks read your Site Health scan, so they need Site Health and one scan. Drafting llms.txt also needs your site's address.
In every plan
AI work counts toward your plan's monthly limits. You always see how much is left, and you can request more whenever you need it.
See pricingNo one can promise that; the assistants decide what they quote. RankFlow checks the parts you control: clear answers, a named author and a site AI bots are allowed to read.
The article checks run in code and cost nothing. Only drafting llms.txt uses AI: one call from your plan per draft.
On WordPress, the author usually isn't linked to a WordPress user yet. On a GoHighLevel blog or a Custom REST site, RankFlow can't add the markup, so you add it yourself. The check always names the reason.
That's your call. Some bots collect pages to train models, others fetch them to answer questions, some do both. RankFlow shows which is which, so you know what a block would cost you.
Yes, in the SEO brief. For the searches it researched, you see whether Google showed an AI Overview, which sites it cited, whether yours was among them and what to change. This needs Google data for your market.
